Tips for Maximizing the Benefits of FSM Treatments

Nutrition and Detoxification:

A Comprehensive Guide



While we are not certified nutritionists, our experiences with various nutrients and binders have provided valuable insights into aiding the detoxification process. Here are some tips based on our trials:


Incorporate Simple Binders


Utilizing simple binders can be beneficial in easing Herxheimer reactions, commonly referred to as "hex" reactions. These reactions occur when the body releases toxins during detoxification. Binders can help absorb and eliminate these toxins efficiently.


An Affordable Detox Solution with Clay


One budget-friendly option is to buy French green clay powder (available at health food stores) or bentonite clay. Simply add a few tablespoons to a jug of purified water and let it sit overnight. By morning, the clay will settle at the bottom, leaving the water slightly cloudy. Drink a few cupfuls of this water on an empty stomach throughout the day. We often use the same clay and refill the jug each night for a few days, replacing the clay every 2 to 3 days. This process can be repeated for about a week to aid in detoxification.

Zeolite for Heavy Metal Detox


We also like to use Zeolite for heavy metal detox. It is important to do your own research on Zeolite, including the producers, purity, and usage. Not all brands are what they proclaim.

Additional Recommendations


  • Activated Charcoal: Activated charcoal is known for its ability to absorb toxins and chemicals in the gastrointestinal tract. This can help reduce the burden on the liver and kidneys during detoxification.


  • Chlorella: Chlorella is a type of freshwater algae that can bind to heavy metals and other toxins, aiding in their removal from the body.


Support for Inflammatory Conditions


Certain binders and nutrients can help reduce inflammation. Look for ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory properties, such as turmeric or omega-3 fatty acids. These can complement your FSM treatments.

Magic Paste for Health


We make what I call “Magic Paste.” Blend fresh turmeric and ginger roots. I am lucky that my health food store has organic roots. But in a pinch, I use organic ground ginger and turmeric powder. Add raw honey and plenty of ground pepper. You can also add cayenne pepper or cinnamon to the paste.


We make tea with it in the morning, drinking a couple of cups a day using a teaspoon of the mixture. Alternatively, you can have it straight from the jar. I also use it for a chicken marinade.

Ingredients:

  • A few fresh turmeric and ginger roots

  • Raw honey

  • Ground black pepper


Blend with an electric mixer and store the jar in the fridge.


Magic Paste Ingredients

Hydration is Key


Ensure you are well-hydrated throughout your detoxification process. Water is a superconductor for the transport of frequencies. It aids in flushing out toxins and supports overall cellular health, making your FSM treatments more effective. Try dressing up purified water with fresh mint, rosemary, or limes and lemons!


Prioritize a Balanced Diet


A diverse and nutrient-rich diet can enhance the efficacy of FSM treatments. If it is available or within your budget, try to purchase organic foods. In our case, we are lucky to buy from local farms that do not use pesticides, and we grow our own vegetables.


Monitor Your Body’s Responses


Pay attention to how your body reacts to different supplements and binders. Everyone's body is unique, so it's important to identify what works best for you and adjust accordingly.


But most importantly, monitor how your body reacts using the FSM programs. Some people are more sensitive than others.
