PEMF Program Descriptions
Acute Achilles Tendinitis PEMF
This PEMF contains FSM frequencies that speed up the healing by removing the initial trauma, reducing inflammation, boosting cell energy, calming pain pathways and reducing the emotional anxiety associated with being injured and out of the game. Cell Danger Response Resolution PEMF (Long Version)
This is the original PEMF protocol, developed from the research of Robert Naviaux and Neil Nathan. For practical use, I have also broken it down into shorter PEMFs. Where possible, these should be used in sequence to guide the body progressively through recovery.
The Cell Danger Response (CDR) describes a protective state in which the body reduces function when cells perceive threat—whether chemical, physical, infectious, emotional, or traumatic. In this state, mitochondria shift away from energy production toward defence. ATP production drops, membrane charge is altered, and this drives inflammation, increased pain sensitivity, and impaired tissue repair.
