Understanding the difference between FSM Microcurrent, PEMF, and TENS machines.

FSM Microcurrent, PEMF, and TENS machines are three unique machines using frequencies to enhance health and fitness.

Many of you may have heard of or experienced one of these modalities. At Quantum Fitness for All, we exclusively use Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) and PEMF. The reason we do not utilize TENS machines is due to their limited scope and lack of curative properties. They are solely effective as pain relievers, functioning similarly to pain medication by blocking pain signals from reaching the brain, resulting in temporary pain relief. However, once the device is removed or turned off, the pain returns, offering no further benefits for treating injuries or aiding rehabilitation. FSM Microcurrent is a more advanced treatment modality, and when used correctly, it can effectively address a wide range of injuries and conditions. Our preferred FSM Microcurrent device is the Inspirstar. This standalone device can handle anything from simple injuries to complex conditions. It delivers frequencies and boosts ATP by up to 500% using the DC current from Inspirstar’s two AA batteries. We consider it a personal "Medicine Cabinet." With up to 95 treatment protocols, it offers around 70 specific protocols to enhance rehabilitation and help return to sports and optimal fitness, plus up to 25 protocols for daily health improvement. These include Brain Fog Removal, a Brain Reboot Protocol for restoring brain function, balance, and vitality, a Vagus Nerve Reboot/Upgrade, Immune Support for when you’re feeling run down, wound healing for post-surgery or significant cuts or burns, Heart Health Support, Lung Health Support, EMF support, and more. Our PEMF device (the iCare) utilises the same frequencies and programs but are powered by your mobile phone's battery. Consequently, the ATP production increase is less than with the Inspirstar, yet still beneficial. (The Inspirstar FSM Microcurrent device is powered by two AA batteries.) However, the PEMF device has an advantage over the Inspirstar as it does not require sticky electrodes or wet towels to deliver frequencies to the body. You simply place the PEMF device on or near your body to receive healing programs via pulsed magnetic fields, allowing for more freedom of movement, whether at your desk or in bed while sleeping. The PEMF iCare device is not as effective treating nerve pain, neurological conditions, and cellular health ATP production.
