FSM Works ("we", "us") is run by Sean Durkan. This page explains what personal information we collect through fsmworks.com, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, country, how you prefer to be contacted, and your message.

• Booking a consultation. If you book a free consultation through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email and the time you choose. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that information.

• Website use. Our website is hosted by Wix. Wix and similar tools may collect technical information, such as your browser, device and pages visited, and use cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message and arrange a consultation.

• To keep a record of our conversation with you.

• To keep the website working and secure.

• To send you occasional emails, only if you tick the optional box on our contact form. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Health information

Please be advised that anything you share is helping us find the best possible solution regarding FSM and PEMFs. If you have a health concern, speak with your doctor or another qualified health professional first.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we use to run the website and our bookings, such as Wix and Calendly, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your message and contact details for 24 months, then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Email fsmworks@gmail.com and we will respond.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
